Vantage Real Estate Partners, Inc. is a commercial real estate investment and operating company.  Vantage specializes in acquiring under-marketed investments and proactively building asset value.  The company maintains capital for core and value added opportunities.  Strategic management is provided for principal and third party assets.

Vantage is based in San Diego and invests throughout California and select western markets.  Founding principals Jeff Zuckerman and Ryan Gilbert have an extensive track record evaluating, sourcing, capitalizing and sponsoring over 60 investments totaling more than $1 billion and 10 million square feet.  Acquisitions are made direct and in joint venture formats. A majority of historical transactions were capitalized with institutions including: CB Richard Ellis Investors, Buchanan Street Partners, Pacific Coast Capital Partners, AEW Capital Management and Alaska Permanent Fund.
